It’s that time of the year, again!
The Year Book Report Form have been sent to the congregations in the Region and are due by March 12, 2012.
Please note the ways you have to submit your year book report form this year:
- By completing and returning to our office the yellow form that was sent to your congregation; or
- By filing the information requested on the Year Book Report Form electronically on the Disciples Web Page (http://www.disciples.org/yearbook). This site will be available after January 9, 2012.
The information you submit will become part of the invaluable permanent statistical record of what your congregation did in 2011. This information will then be printed in the 2012 Year Book & Directory of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) and/or on its companion CD/ROM. In order for your congregation’s information to be included in the new 2012 Year Book & Directory, the information must be submitted no later than March 12, 2012.
