The Christian Church in Indiana and the Indiana Youth Commission are pleased to announce Spring Youth Assembly 2012!  The theme for the event is Shine Your Light, Find Your Way and it will be held at Camp Camby April 20-22, 2012. All Indiana Disciples youth currently in grades 6-12 are invited to be part of the weekend event! 

Check in begins at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, April 20.  The event will conclude Sunday after closing worship around 10:00 a.m.

Registration is $100/person and includes four meals, snacks, and program materials.  Registration is payable to the Christian Church in Indiana.  Dinner will not be provided Friday night, so please plan on eating before you arrive. 

Registration opens January 10th, and has a firm closing deadline of Friday, March 16, 2012.  For this event, all chaperones must be at least 21 years of age.

The event will include worship, small groups, fellowship and fun and will feature the leadership and keynoting of the youth who make up the Indiana Youth Commission.  Middle and high school-aged youth will be separated into age-appropriate groups for much of the weekend, but will also do some things together (worship, for example, will be everyone together).  Please bring your own linens for a twin size bed and towels.

COVENANT:  I promse to obey all guidelines, including remaining in specified areas while at Camp Camby.  I will not bring/consume any alcoholic beverages or illegal controlled substances.  I will not bring any firearm or knife or anything that is considered a weapon.  I will not use my cell phone at this event.  I will conduct myself in a way that gives clear evidence of my Christian faith.
