is there no longer a way to find a congregation’s contact info on this website?

  2. Larry Wilson says:

In the Fall 2011 edition of the Christian, Volume 93 No. 3 on page 8 is an article titled “So You Want to Submit a Resolution.” I believe the time and effort ( not to mention expense of saleries) spent on a resolution to make Welch’s 100% Grape Juice the Official Grape Juice of the Diciples of Christ, is a HUGE waste of time and $.

I think individual churches can make that decision for themselves and do not need a Regional Guideline. Big Government in action. Sincerely, Larry Wilson

    • Dean says:

Larry, thank you for your response to the article in the Fall 2011 issue of the Indiana Christian. The purpose of the article was to describe the process for submitting a resolution to the Regional Assembly. The church and the resolution in the article are both fictitious.

Beth, after EMERGE in November, the next scheduled youth event is the Regional Youth Assembly, scheduled for April 20-22, 2012 at Camp Camby. Cost and detailed information will be available in January 2012. ALL regional youth in grades 6-12 are invited to attend, though middle and high school youth WILL be split into age appropriate groups for small groups and other activities.

  4. Todd Barnhizer says:

Under the “Staff” dropdown box could a choice be added listing the areas of ministry and responsibilities for each Regional staff person? This would help us in knowing the right person to contact for our particular needs. Thank You.
